Payment Plan

Payment Plan

 

To complete the land purchase process, there are three (3) required payments:

1. Booking payment (one-time)

2. Land payment (payment plan will be provided)

3. Development Cost (payment plan will be provided)

 

1. Booking Payment

  • For land booking, a payment of $3,000.00 (Refundable Payment) is required.
  • Booking fee $3,000.00 will be credited toward your property purchase. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, this amount will be refunded to you.

 

2. Land payment

  • Option 1

We require a 30% – 40% upfront deposit of the land price only, when the contract is signed.
The Rest of the land payment it will be paid in 36 monthly installments

  • Option 2

Create your own payment plan within a maximum of 4 years.

 

3. Development cost

The cost of site infrastructure by installing and constructing roads, footpaths, sewerage and drainage, water supply, stormwater drainage, and connection with electricity and gas. The Development Cost does not include building a house.

  • Option 1

Payment is payable on the 4th year of the payment plan in 4 installments or when the development activities start.

  • Option 2

Create your own payment plan within a maximum of 1 year.

 

GSTRW Payment

GSTRW payment is a tax payment payable to the ATO at the time of the settlement on top of the land price.The purchaser will be responsible for withholding the GSTRW payment until the settlement date.

[After a client makes a booking, they will have a two-weeks window to sign the contract. Upon signing the contract, the installment payment period will commence immediately following the conclusion of the two-weeks period.]
